Start Your Day Off Right With Milton's Watchlist Recaps Straight To Your Inbox

Staying in the loop

There's a lot happening in the markets, and you're really busy. It's not always easy to keep track of everything that's going on with your favorite companies. Sometimes, you just need a gentle nudge to get up to speed on the latest news and price changes to your favorite stocks. We've got you covered.

Milton's new recap email

Today, we're adding a new daily email recap to help you start your day off well-informed without getting overloaded by the small stuff. Every morning, Milton can now send you 5 of the most important articles, along with an estimate of how positive or negative those articles are, for the stocks in your watchlist that had the biggest movements the prior day. On top of that, you'll get a recap of all stocks that had significantly positive or negative news sentiment from the prior day, along the changes in their stock price from the previous day.

To subscribe to these emails, login to your account at Milton and switch on the daily recap email toggle on your watchlist stats dashboard (see screenshot below). Please also remember to add milton@apteo.co to your contacts list so that our emails don't go to your spam folder.

After you sign up, every morning you'll get a recap email that will have the most important news and price updates from your watchlist on the prior day. You'll see a section that contains the most important articles for the stocks in your watchlist that made the biggest moves the prior day, something like this:

You'll notice that this article has a neutral sentiment. Each article you see, both in the email and on the website, will contain a sentiment score that Milton generates, which indicates how positive or negative the overall sentiment of each article is. Below are two examples of articles with positive sentiment scores.

Following the section for the most impactful news, you'll also get a recap of the stocks in your watchlist that had the highest or lowest aggregate sentiment score across all articles from the prior day. It'll look like this:

You can turn off these emails any time you want by switching off the toggle button on your watchlist dashboard, but we're hoping these will help you get a quick recap of what happened with your watchlist so that you're well-prepared to start your day.

If you're interested in getting these emails, login to Milton now and flip the toggle switch to on to receive your first recap tomorrow morning.
